SPORTCITIES 2025: the great platform in southern Europe for sports facilities
The first edition of SPORTCITIES has started at Feria Valencia as a key meeting point for the sports, urban and institutional ecosystem, bringing together institutional representatives, municipal officials, associations and federations, clubs, managers, technicians and companies with a common objective: promoting sport as an engine of urban transformation, social cohesion and economic impact.
At the institutional inauguration, the importance of creating spaces that accelerate the exchange of knowledge, public-private collaboration and innovation applied to active cities was highlighted. And there was a particularly symbolic moment: the transfer of the baton from Valencia (2025 venue) to Valladolid, which will host SPORTCITIES 2026 on October 21 and 22.
