Types of sports stands that we manufacture

Our sports stands cover three main typologies, each one designed for specific use scenarios:

Prefabricated sports stands

Structure optimized in the factory for short lead times and controlled costs. They are mounted on a slab or footing with specific anchors, and are the usual solution for sports halls, amateur soccer fields and schools where quick installation is sought with capacities between 50 and 500 seats. Compatible with our entire range of seats for bleachers.

Removable sports stands

Modules that are quick to assemble and dismantle, ideal for temporary events, specific capacity expansions or traveling installations. They are transported by truck and installed in a few hours by specialized teams. Highly demanded by municipalities for seasonal sporting events, amateur competitions and fairs.

Seating for existing concrete bleachers

For facilities with already built concrete stands that need to improve comfort, image or regulatory compliance, we offer seats for 2 and 3 row stands specifically designed to be fixed on a concrete tread or riser. It is the most economical solution when the base structure already exists and only the equipment is missing.

Seats for sports stands

All our sports stands are compatible with the full range of seats for stands in technical polypropylene with UV treatment, integrated drainage and options with or without backrest. You can choose between the SPARK Range (SR, CR and CRO) for installations that combine different levels of comfort, or the Sprint, Liga and Goala models according to the specific profile of the project. Complete customization in RAL color, numbering and club shields on concrete, metal or wood.

Sale and turnkey project

We manage the sale of sports stands with a comprehensive approach: data collection on site, capacity calculation according to regulations, technical drawings, manufacturing in our own facilities and certified assembly. If you need to buy sports stands with guarantees and after-sales support, we advise you to adjust budget, regulatory compliance and execution deadlines. We issue a valid installation certificate for opening licenses, public tenders and audits of sports facilities.

Regulations and certifications

Our sports stands meet the requirements of UNE 13200-1 (disposition criteria for the spectator space), UNE 13200-3 (railings and separation elements) and the regional regulations of each community for approved sports facilities. The seats included additionally comply with UNE-EN 12727 and UNE 13200-4. We issue a complete technical report for inclusion in an architectural project or public tender, with independent laboratory tests.

Frequently asked questions about sports stands

How long does it take to install a prefabricated sports stand?

The total time from order signing to operational stand depends on the volume, but as a reference: a prefabricated stand with 100-200 seats is manufactured in 4-6 weeks and is assembled on site in 1-2 weeks. Large capacity projects (500+ seats) may require 8-12 weeks of manufacturing and 3-4 weeks of assembly. We adjust the exact times to the work schedule in the project phase.

What is the difference between a prefabricated stand and a removable one?

A prefabricated stand is a permanent structure that is installed once and remains fixed on a slab or footing; It is optimized at the factory but is not intended to be disassembled. A detachable stand is designed to be repeatedly assembled and disassembled without loss of performance, with quick connectors and a lightweight structure. Prefabricated ones are cheaper per space for permanent use; The removable ones make sense when the stands are reused at different events or locations.

What regulations do Fanbase sports stands comply with?

Our stands comply with UNE 13200-1 (spectator space), UNE 13200-3 (railings) and the corresponding regional regulations. The seats included comply with UNE-EN 12727 and UNE 13200-4. All materials have fire behavior and structural resistance tests carried out by independent laboratories, with technical sheets available for project reports or public bidding.

Can the sports stands be expanded in the future?

Yes, prefabricated sports stands are designed to allow for modular expansions. If you plan to increase capacity in a few years, we plan the installation with anchors and structure prepared to add rows or lateral bodies without dismantling the existing one. It is common in clubs that aspire to move up a category or in municipal pavilions with expansion plans.

What maintenance do sports stands require?

Sports stands require annual inspection of screws, welding and anchors, as well as periodic cleaning (monthly or quarterly depending on use) of seats and structure. With this basic maintenance, the useful life of a Fanbase stand exceeds 25 years in intensive outdoor conditions. The individual seats are replaceable without affecting the structure, making it easy to keep the facility in good condition without complete renovations.

Can you make telescopic stands?

Telescopic stands are a specific product from manufacturers specialized in multi-sports halls with multipurpose use requirements. Fanbase does not manufacture the telescopic mechanism itself, but we supply the low profile backless seats (Sprint and Sprint S90 models) compatible with third-party telescopic bleachers. If you are renewing the seats on an existing telehandler, we can help you with selection and supply.

How much does a sports stand cost?

The price depends on the type (prefabricated, removable, seats on existing concrete), capacity, structural materials, type of seat chosen and assembly complexity. As a guideline, the price per seat is significantly lower for seating solutions on existing concrete stands than for new prefabricated ones. Send us the measurements of the facility and the number of target spaces, and we will prepare a study and free estimate in 24-48 hours.

Do you install sports stands throughout Spain?

Yes. We carry out installation throughout the peninsula and the Balearic Islands with our own assembly equipment. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla we work with specialized transporters. In international projects within the European Union we also work under consultation, providing technical documentation adapted to the country's local regulations.

If you are planning a sports stand and need acestechnical advice, tell us about the project and we will prepare a free study of capacity, technical proposal and adjusted budget. Also consult our seats for stands and sports benches to complete the equipment of your facility.
